HOW TO COOK
- 360 ml rice
- 430 ml dashi
- a [2/3 tablespoon sake, 1/3 teaspoon salt]
- 1 1/2 sheets dried yuba (beancurd sheets)
- sansho (Japanese pepper)
- Wash the rice and drain excess water; put in gas rice cooker, using less water than usual, and let sit for about 30 minutes
- Add (a) and fill to appropriate level. Tear yuba into rough pieces, add and cook.
- When done, mix lightly and arrange on plate. Garnish with sansho.
