Soup stock (chicken)
- Chop and wash soup stock bones of 2 whole chickens.
- Put bones, crushed green onion, ginger in a deep pot full of water.
It is ideal to add carrot, celery or any other distictive flavored vegetable.
Add a dash of pepper or other spices.
- Boil soup, skim the scum.
- Strain after boiling for 2 hours. Using a pressure cooker saves time.
