Mame Gohan
Ingredients: (for 4 servings)
360 ml rice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 200 grams green peas, 1 myoga,
amasu: (100ml vinegar, 3 tablespoons sugar). |

How to make:
- Prepare rice for cooking (washed, drained and right quantity of water
added), mix salt in it, set for a half an hour.
- Add peas on the top of rice, start cooking.
- When rice is cooked, allow it to breathe by mixing entirely.
- Boil myoga briefly, dip in amasu, cut into sengiri
(thin shreds).
- Serve rice on plate, add myoga on top.
note: Quantity of peas should be less than half of rice. |
